Shipping the artworks
Transportation of the painting is carried out in various ways and depends on the wishes of the buyer. Standard shipping or shipping with additional insurance coverage may be provided.
The time for packing and sending the painting takes from 2 to 5 days. During this period, the customer receives a elivery tracking number.
For safe delivery, all artwork, prints or gifts are carefully packaged in multiple layers of cardboard and bubble wrap.
If a painting is transported without a frame, it is packed in a special cardboard folder and tracing paper with detailed instructions for removal and further processing. With this pack you can go to a framing workshop and further decorate the picture to your liking. In this case, the weight of the painting after registration will be smaller, which in turn will reduce the cost of delivery.
The painting can also be delivered in a frame with plastic or in a frame with glass. Sending the painting in a frame with glass is negotiated separately. In this case, the painting will be sent in a frame with cardboard design, and the glass will be packaged separately to avoid damage to the painting.

Delivery times
Delivery times are approximate. There may be changed due to holidays, weekends or other postal service delays.
Responsibility of the seller and the buyer
The seller is responsible for the quality and proper packaging of the painting, as well as for its timely dispatch.
The buyer is responsible for paying all customs and duties fees when purchasing art.
Return policy
Due to the unique nature of the pastel painting and the complexity of packaging, returns or exchanges of original works of art are not available.
